To begin this women’s kayaking trip we’ll meet at Little Sand Bay mid to late morning the first day, pack our kayaks, have time to meet each other and go over some instructions. Then, we’ll then paddle the 2 hour crossing to Sand Island to our campsite. Sand Island has great beaches, sea caves, hiking and a cool historic lighthouse!
We’ll have wonderful gourmet campfire cooking and Bible studies around the campfire. And, we will learn to see the beauty through the eyes of our artist friends and teachers. We will learn to paint what we see and imagine on this great trip!

A Marvelous Island Getaway!
“Our guides were absolutely phenomenal! Not only were they great motivators and instructors for the long kayaking trips from island to island but they were crazy good at preparing meals on the campfire! The food was delicious and plentiful (pancakes, coffee, bagels, fruit, burritos, Mediterranean salad wraps, curry with rice, lunch meat sandwiches, and plenty of desserts including s’mores!) always offering seconds to feed the super hungry!”
